Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 fresh garlic cloves, finely minced or grated
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients - mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix ingredients together to combine. The aioli is ready to be used right away but the flavor would be more developed as it rests.
