How to Make Garlic Aioli

This easy Easy Garlic Aioli Recipe is one of my go-to sauces when I need something quick and easy without sacrificing flavor! It only requires a handful of ingredients and goes great with a wide variety of dishes like these Crispy Garlic Parmesan Hash Browns! To make this recipe, you will need the key ingredients shared below. 

Key Ingredients 

  • Mayonnaise 
  • Fresh Garlic 
  • Lemon Juice 
  • Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

Preparation and Storage 

  • In a small mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients – mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix ingredients together to combine. 
  • To store, transfer sauce into an airtight container and keep refrigerated. Garlic aioli will stay fresh for up to a week stored in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 fresh garlic cloves, finely minced or grated
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients – mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix ingredients together to combine. The aioli is ready to be used right away but the flavor would be more developed as it rests.
