Raising Cane's Sauce Recipe
This delicious homemade Raising Cane's Sauce Recipe has it all! It is creamy, savory, sweet and only requires a few ingredients to make from scratch!
Prep Time5 minutes mins
Chill Time1 hour hr
Servings: 6
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper, may substitute with 1/2 teaspoon fine black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon creole or cajun seasonings, adjust to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt, if needed, to taste
In a medium mixing bowl, add all of the sauce ingredients. Whisk to thoroughly combine. Taste the sauce and season with salt, if needed, to preference.
Sauce can be served right away with your favorite dish but note that it will get better over time as the flavors develops and blend together. It will also take on a deeper more reddish-orange color. (I recommend refrigerating for at least 1-2 hours or overnight before using.)
To store sauce, transfer into an airtight container like a mason jar and keep refrigerated. Sauce will stay fresh for up to 1 week stored in the fridge.
