Creamy Avocado Lime Sauce

This Creamy Avocado Lime Sauce is amazingly delicious and pairs well with an array of dishes!

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 to 4 garlic cloves, adjust to taste
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
  • filtered water, as needed

Instructions

  • Into the cup of an immersion blender or food processor, add the avocados, sour cream, cilantro, garlic cloves, lime juice and salt. Blend ingredients together until smooth. For a thinner sauce consistency, mix in some water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Serve sauce with your favorite dish!

Notes

  • To store, transfer sauce into an airtight container and keep refrigerated. Creamy Avocado Lime Sauce stored properly in the fridge will remain fresh up to 3 to 4 days.
