Big Mac Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet relish
- 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow or Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Big Mac Tacos
- 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
- 8 small street taco soft flour tortillas
- 8 slices American cheese slices
- avocado or olive oil
Assembly
- Shredded lettuce iceberg or romaine
- Dill pickles
- 1 small white onion, diced
Big Mac Tacos
Preheat oven to 200F. Place (8) flour tortillas on a work surface.
Divide ground beef into 8 equal portions. Use hands to press each portion of beef over the top of the tortillas to the edge. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle in some oil.
In batches, add the tacos into the pan meat side down and cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip.
Lower the heat and add a slice of American cheese on top of the patties.
Cover skillet and cook tacos for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
Remove from heat, transfer to a baking sheet and place in pre-heated oven to keep warm. Repeat with remaining tacos until all (8) are cooked.
Assembly
Once all the tacos are cooked, top each taco with shredded lettuce, diced onions, dill pickles and a drizzle of the sauce.
Serve warm and enjoy!!
