- 2 large jalapeños, halved and de-seeded
- 4-6 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Juice (1) Lime, about 2 tablespoons
- 2 tablespoons cotija cheese, may substitute with parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the cilantro, garlic, and jalapeño peppers. Blend on high until mixture is finely minced.
- Next, add in the mayonnaise, sour cream, cotija cheese, lime juice, salt and black pepper. Blend on high to combine.
